Health2Work processes your personal data for the following purposes:

How long do we keep personal data?

Health2Work will not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realize the goals for which your data are collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:
CVs and motivation letters of applicants will be deleted after 4 weeks in case of rejection. We keep your data for the newsletter and other information until you unsubscribe. If you have used our services, we are subject to the retention period of the Tax Act.

Cookies are also placed on this website by third parties. These are for example advertisers and/or social media companies. Below an overview:

Sharing personal data with third parties

Health2Work shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to meet legal obligations. Health2Work remains responsible for these processes. Health2Work will only provide your personal data to other third parties with your explicit permission.

You can send a request for these rights with regard to the processing of your personal data to info@health2work.nl. To make sure that the request for inspection was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. Please make sure that your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) are blackened in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks

Health2Work takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes.
